From our Sunday School children, several years ago, writing letters to God:

Teacher: “Is there anything you’d like to tell God?”

Child: “You know, right now God is speaking to us.”

Teacher: “What do you think God is saying?”

Child: “Well, you know, everyone has to listen for himself.”

Teacher: “Is there anything you’d like to tell God?”

Child: “Tell God I wish him pleasant dreams.”

What follows are actual letters written by the children on their papers which had the heading, Dear God, . . . I wish I could show you the letters with the children’s writing and drawings they added, but I’ll have to leave that to your imagination. As you read each letter, remember to preface it with “Dear God,” . . . Enjoy!
